He also brings with him extensive experience in research ethics governance, having chaired two research ethics boards overseeing applied and community research projects.
Noctua
Okay, but what does “Noctua” mean? Our name is inspired by the Greek goddess Athena whose symbol was the owl. Athena was the goddess of wisdom and, as our clients are primarily education-based, it feels appropriate to recognise their mission to impart wisdom to their students with our name and image. As for our logo, it depends on how you look at it, but you may see an owl or an owl reading a book!
